Chat Monitor

Assistants help staff out, if it’s to help purge messages or even find bots and suggest the bot to the staff.

Helpers help in help channels as their job, they help users who are new or just generally need help. If the user does not need help then you are able to warn the user.

Chat monitors are people who monitor public chats.
Your job is to pop in and out of text chats and monitor people.
If you come across someone who is breaking the rules in text channels then deal with the user. Don’t leave it.
